Hello! Im Glen.
After spending years inside one of the biggest engineering companies you’ve probably never heard of - delivering major infrastructure and industrial system projects around the world - I realized the work needs to be more hands-on, more agile, and closer to the operational floor. So I founded Layer Zero.
Based in West Palm Beach, Florida, our team brings decades of experience working inside ICS/OT environments the systems that keep critical industries running. We’ve supported water and power utilities, energy and mining operations, transportation networks and manufacturing facilities across the United States, Canada, Australasia, and the Middle East - designing, securing, troubleshooting, and modernizing the automation and control systems behind them.
At our core, we bridge process, engineering, and cybersecurity - making sure the technology supports the operation, instead of getting in the way.
